Working exclusively in oil, my ambition is to paint a broad range of subjects to express whatever responses and emotions that I feel at the time.  Translating the beauty of the natural world to canvas is a challenge and at the same time, thrilling.  Interpretation is very personal and mysterious - using brushstrokes to create an illusion that hopefully shares the vision that inspired me.
